Background
Einfach FiTZ is a grown confectionery and catering business with several parallel product lines: patisserie, pralines, wedding cakes, breakfast, catering, seasonal and summer kitchen. Each area has its own workflow, ordering logic and seasonal campaigns.
The problem
No standard software covers wedding cake configurators, catering requests, seasonal shops, delivery notes, invoicing, inventory and shopping lists in one place. Without a custom system, these tasks scatter across Excel files, mail inboxes and several parallel SaaS tools - with duplicate data and unclear state.
What we built
We built a platform that covers the entire operation on one data foundation: from the public marketing site through to the shopping list in the warehouse.

One system instead of five parallel tools. Seasonal campaigns ship without external agencies. Operational data - inventory, purchasing, delivery notes, invoicing - hangs directly off the order stream.
