Patisserie, pralines, wedding cakes, breakfast, catering and seasonal kitchen - each area has its own workflow, ordering logic and seasonal campaigns. No standard software covers cake configurators, catering requests, seasonal shops, delivery notes, invoicing, inventory and shopping lists in one place. Without a custom system, everything scatters across Excel files, mail inboxes and several parallel SaaS tools - with duplicate data and unclear state.
