A business with its own special formats
Guat'z Essen is a vegetarian/vegan permaculture restaurant in the Austrian Alps with clear special formats: tasting menus, Deal Days, New Year's menu, custom daily menus, product labels and a cooking academy. Standard reservation systems cover neither the special formats (different prices per date, vegan/vegetarian selection, simultaneous Deal Day starts) nor the internal workflows around daily menu, labels and news. Reservations, news and food labels lived in separate systems.
